I technically ordered it new from Disney Store, but when i opened the box, i saw the styrofoam was taped up and covered in dog hair. So think it's used. Maybe a return. I didn't see any damages to the figure. I tried to clean up as much of the dog hair as possible and retaped the styrofoam.
